About
One place for a company you run from somewhere else.
Founders 8 exists because running a U.S. company from abroad means assembling five providers who never speak to each other, and then being the only person who knows how the pieces fit.
What we do
We coordinate the work of forming and running a U.S. company, and we keep the record of it: the entity, the EIN, the registered agent, the filing calendar, the mail, the books, and the documents that prove all of it.
The same account tracks the personal side that moves with you — residency applications, day counts per country, identity documents and their expiry dates — because for internationally mobile founders those two are one problem, not two.
What we are not
Founders 8 is not a law firm, an accounting firm, a bank or a licensed immigration adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or immigration advice. The regulated work is done by independent, qualified partners in the relevant jurisdiction, and we say who they are:
- Company formation and state filings are lodged by licensed formation and registered-agent providers.
- Tax returns and federal filings are prepared and signed by licensed CPAs and enrolled agents.
- Residency applications are handled by immigration counsel admitted in the country concerned.
- Bank and payment-processor decisions rest entirely with those institutions. We prepare the application; we cannot promise the outcome.
How we charge
One subscription covers the platform and the coordination. Government fees, state filing fees and third-party costs are passed through at cost and shown separately — see pricing for what each tier includes.
Getting in touch
Questions about the service, a partner introduction or an existing account go to our contact form. If you are researching rather than buying, the guides answer most of it without an account.
